FRIEND'S CORNER

 

 

The members of the First United Methodist Church in Prairie View have adopted members of St. Francis of Assisi as friends.

 

The members have teamed up with our church on the Vacation Bible School for the past three years, first with donations and followed up in the last two years with instructors and persons providing lunches and snacks.

 

In 2013, Pastor Wilmer Bonner of First United also led the morning devotionals along with Reverend Dr. Cynthia Engle, Rector, which was a great send off for the students.

 

The program is growing in size and impact.

 

During the year the 3D Academy hosts its Annual Christmas Appricaiton Campout and End of the Year Awards Program.
